Maintenance Charges
Maintenance payments fall at the beginning of each financial year. At present the maintenance charges for 2024/25 are set out as below. Each property pays maintenance according to a sliding scale relating to the Council Tax band of each property.

It should be noted that the AGM in May 2022 agreed a rise of 10% in the Maintenance Charge for 2023/24.
